When you choose your home at Mayberry, you have the option to add an RV garage to one of our Ranch (single-story) and two of our larger (two-story) homes. Soon, we will be introducing a double RV garage as an option on our Plan 1 Ranch home. This will be a free span of approximately 30 feet wide by 50 feet deep and have 20-foot ceilings with double 14-foot RV garage doors and an option for rear garage doors, in addition to the standard 3-car garage.
This will also provide the opportunity to use the double RV garage as an indoor sports court that will accommodate indoor pickleball, half-court basketball, and many other sports. You can keep your prized RV(s) with you all year round so that you can set out for spontaneous trips to any of these wonderful RV parks in Colorado at a moment's notice!
