Service & Warranty Requests
To ensure the fastest and most efficient response, homeowners should submit a warranty claim through the BuilderTrend portal before calling the Mayberry office. Submitting a claim online allows our team to properly track, schedule, and address your request in a timely manner.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim on Builder Trend:
-
Log into your Builder Trend account and click on the Project Management tab.
-
From the available options, select the Warranty tab.
-
Click on Create New Claim to begin the process.
-
Complete the form with the necessary details and attach any relevant photos of the issue.
-
Once your claim is submitted, a Customer Care Representative will contact you to schedule an appointment.
The button below will take you to a virtual form to submit ARC requests with the metro district. As a resident of Mayberry, you will need to submit this form to the metro district when adding any exterior upgrades to your home. Please see the form for more details or visit the metro district website to find more information.

Important Notes:
-
Please do NOT call the Sales Line for emergency issues. If someone mistakenly directs you to the Sales line, please make sure they are referred to the correct emergency contact number.
-
Homeowners are provided with emergency stickers at closing. These stickers, placed inside the kitchen sink cabinet, list the emergency numbers for trades. If you do not have an emergency sticker, please contact us to request one.
